Day 30: You are leading welding activities across live projects, and your input on Welding Procedure Specifications is already shaping how the team works.

  • Conduct visual inspections and identify or rectify welding defects to strict quality standards
  • Mentor and coach junior welders and apprentices to build wider team capability
  • Complete quality, inspection, and production documentation accurately
