We are recruiting for several Assembler positions within market leading Engineering businesses. If you have a keen interest in and enjoy assembling and soldering components, mechanical assemblies, electronic assemblies, machinery and working with hand and power tools then read on.
Rubicon's Client are central to Salisbury and can be easily accessed by public transport. They also have plenty of off-road parking for those driving.

As an assembler within an electronic engineering business, you could be working in several different positions ranging from cable assembly to soldering. You’ll be given training in the use of various tools and/or any machines you’ll be running. You’ll be taught what you need to know depending on position.
The successful Assembler will:
- Have a genuine desire to learn
- Feel confident in using hand and power tools and a soldering iron
- Have previous experience with electronics assembly
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Have their own transport or live locally
