Sales Administrator | Poole | £28,000 Our client, a leader in supplying specialist products into various industries, has the requirement for a Sales Administrator to join their team. As Sales Administrator, you’ll be working with the dispatch team and factory as an integral part of the team, ensuring orders are administrated efficiently and within appropriate time scales. Located at Holton Heath, our client are experts in their sector and have proudly been established since 1993 and are committed to providing exceptional customer service. Their committed yet friendly workforce provides a welcoming and approachable environment. As Sales Administrator, you’ll receive the following: – – Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm, with one hour for lunch. (flexibility to start earlier and finish earlier) – Salary – £28,000 – Training and development opportunities As Sales Administrator you’ll be responsible for: – – Collecting completed works orders from the workshop – Assisting processing of cutting sheets and despatch notes – Filing customer purchase orders – Keeping first aid file up to date with monthly checks – Keeping fire records up to date with monthly checks and weekly / fortnightly fire alarm check – Updating fleet service file with 6 weekly safety checks, MOTs, servicing, and tyre checks – Booking calibration tests for micrometre and verniers As Sales Administrator you’ll need: – – At least 2 years experience within a similar administration role (ideally within supply chain, engineering or manufacturing) – Excellent accuracy skills with the ability to also work in a busy environment – A positive and friendly attitude and can work well in a team – Excellent communication skills with the ability to write letters and emails to a high standard Interested?
