Responsibilities
  • Managing and maintaining the AS9100, ISO 14001 and NADCAP Quality Management Systems
  • Ensuring compliance for all product Quality Assurance activities
  • Leading and closing out non conformances, analysing root cause and implementing preventative actions
  • Acting as the primary contact for customer and supplier quality matters
  • Planning and facilitating internal and external audits, ensuring frameworks are met
  • Overseeing the Quality Inspection department including mentoring and equipment oversight
Experience
  • Proven experience as a Quality Manager or similar quality leadership role
  • Experience supporting and participating in internal and external audits
  • Managing non conformance databases, including supplier and customer NCRs
  • In depth understanding of regulated standards such as AS9100, ISO 14001 and NADCAP
  • Strong problem solving abilities with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal, across all organisational levels
