- Managing and maintaining the AS9100, ISO 14001 and NADCAP Quality Management Systems
- Ensuring compliance for all product Quality Assurance activities
- Leading and closing out non conformances, analysing root cause and implementing preventative actions
- Acting as the primary contact for customer and supplier quality matters
- Planning and facilitating internal and external audits, ensuring frameworks are met
- Overseeing the Quality Inspection department including mentoring and equipment oversight
- Proven experience as a Quality Manager or similar quality leadership role
- Experience supporting and participating in internal and external audits
- Managing non conformance databases, including supplier and customer NCRs
- In depth understanding of regulated standards such as AS9100, ISO 14001 and NADCAP
- Strong problem solving abilities with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal, across all organisational levels
