Are you an experienced Programme Manager with a background in complex engineering programmes? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where precision, leadership, and customer focus are key? This opportunity offers full ownership of high-value projects for a global supplier in a highly regulated industry. You'll lead integrated project teams, manage customer relationships, and drive delivery across the full product lifecycle — from concept to closure.

Responsibilities
- Managing projects to meet delivery, cost, quality, and weight targets
- Acting as the primary customer contact and leading project meetings
- Maintaining project plans and negotiating contractual due dates
- Managing scope changes, budgets, and customer change proposals
- Leading integrated project teams and coordinating resources across departments
Qualifications
- Experience within complex engineering environment – aviation or aerospace preferable
- Strong end to end project management experience within a regulated environment
- Proven ability to manage project P&L and deliver results
- Formal PM qualification such as APM PMQ, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or AGILE Practitioner (desirable)
- Degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related field
- Strong customer relations, negotiation, and communication skills
