As a Powder Coating Supervisor, you will benefit from:
- Salary of 36,400
- Monday to Thursday 7am to 4pm, Friday 7am to 1pm

Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and leading a team on the powder coating line
- Estimating powder usage and managing stock accordingly
- Communicating and coordinating with other supervisors to keep production on track
- Carrying out hands-on powder coating work yourself when needed
- Performing hands-on maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently
- Maintaining quality and output standards across the team
Your experience will include:
- Proven hands-on powder coating experience, confident picking up a gun and getting stuck in
- Previous supervisory or team leading experience
- Strong estimating skills, particularly around powder usage
- A genuine can-do attitude and willingness to lead by example
- Practical maintenance skills
- Good communication skills
