Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing the quality management systems, including ongoing ISO9001 compliance
- Driving root cause investigation and ensuring corrective actions are closed out effectively
- Managing supplier quality performance, including audits, scorecards, and corrective action activity
- Establishing quality controls across Goods Inwards, Production, Final Inspection, and Dispatch
- Leading the internal audit programme and acting as primary contact for external certification audits
- Providing leadership and oversight of the Health and Safety and Environmental Management Systems, including ISO14001 compliance
Your experience will include:
- Proven background in a senior quality management role within a manufacturing, engineering, or technical environment
- Strong working knowledge of ISO9001 quality management systems, including audit and CAPA experience
- Experience managing supplier quality performance and driving accountability across the supply chain
- Familiarity with regulated manufacturing environments where traceability and formal change control are critical
- Lead Auditor qualification preferred
- NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent Health and Safety qualification is desirable
