Are you an experienced MIG Welder who enjoys variety and working as part of a supportive team? This is an opportunity to join a well-established workshop on an initial 6-month contract with the potential to become permanent for the right person. You’ll work primarily with 1.2mm stainless steel, supporting the welding team and helping to clear a busy backlog of work.
As MIG Welder, you will benefit from:

As MIG Welder, your responsibilities will include:
Performing MIG welding on 1.2mm stainless steel components to a high standard
Carrying out fabrication and prep work for welders
Assisting across departments when needed, including assembly, guillotines, sheet rollers, and stores
Completing some spot-welding tasks
Maintaining a safe and organised work environment
As MIG Welder, your experience will include:
Previous experience in MIG welding, particularly with stainless steel
Familiarity with fabrication processes and workshop machinery
Willingness to support in other areas to meet production goals
Familiarity with TIG welding techniques (beneficial but not essential)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
