What will you actually do as the Marketing Manager?
As the company’s first senior marketing hire, you’ll:
- Build and deliver data-driven lead generation campaigns at volume
- Analyse, report, and continually refine marketing performance
- Align campaign delivery with sales forecasting and business capacity
- Manage agencies, media buyers, and suppliers to hit KPIs
- Shape the company’s growth and future marketing function
You’ll thrive here if your toolkit includes and you have:
- 5 years in a senior marketing or lead gen role (ideally consumer services, or similar B2C)
- Evidence of managing 7-figure budgets and hitting lead/conversion targets
- A solid grasp of digital and traditional channels
- Commercial awareness and growth-hungry confidence working with leadership teams
- An analytical and results-focused mindset, getting a buzz from hitting numbers and constantly improving performance
- Experience and a hands-on approach, you’ve been in the weeds with Google Ads, briefed agencies, and know what good looks like
