As a Manufacturing Engineer, you\’ll work within a multidisciplinary team, driving continuous improvement and supporting the development of new products from concept through to production.

Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing efficient manufacturing processes for new and existing products
- Supporting product development to ensure manufacturability
- Leading the transfer of new products into production
- Creating and maintaining work instructions and training materials
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation
Qualifications
- A Degree (or equivalent) in Manufacturing, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering
- At least 5 years\’ experience in a modern electronics or mechanical manufacturing environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly
- Commercial awareness and understanding of production costs
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) and fault-finding in electronics is advantageous
