  • Completing product changeovers efficiently and accurately to keep production on schedule
  • Carrying out basic fault-finding and escalating issues promptly to minimise downtime
  • Performing routine checks and adjustments to maintain consistent placement quality
  • Following build instructions and process documentation to ensure standards are met
  • Keeping the work area organised and supporting continuous improvement on the line

As a SMT Technician, your experience will include:

  • Essential, recent Europlacer machine experience within an SMT production environment
  • 3+ years of consistent, relevant SMT experience, ideally within high-throughput manufacturing
  • Confidence working at pace while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
  • A practical, reliable approach, with the ability to spot issues early and act quickly
  • Comfortable working in an active role, on your feet for most of the day
