As a Reception, your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients, visitors and colleagues with a warm, professional welcome
- Answering and directing calls, taking messages and handling new enquiries
- Managing the enquiries inbox and routing emails to the right team
- Keeping the office diary up to date and coordinating meetings
- Maintaining a tidy, welcoming reception and communal space
- Supporting with events, travel arrangements and day to day office admin
As a Reception, your experience will include:
- Previous experience in a customer service environment is essential
- A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for customer service
- Confidence taking initiative and solving problems independently
- Good organisational skills and an eye for detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 5 GCSEs (grades A to C/9 to 4) including Maths and English, or equivalent
