Your responsibilities will include:
- Own the product vision and technology roadmap for your portfolio
- Lead pricing strategy, KPI reporting, and contribution margin performance
- Drive product launches from planning through to cross-organisational execution
- Build competitive analysis, key messaging and market positioning
- Partner with Sales, Marketing and Engineering to turn customer requirements into differentiated solutions
- Represent the portfolio at industry events, conferences and trade shows
Your experience will include:
- A proven background in connector or interconnect product management is a must, ideally within aerospace or defence
- Strong technical grounding alongside genuine commercial and strategic thinking
- Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing and Operations
- Confident, credible communication with clients and internal stakeholders alike
- Comfort owning pricing, KPIs and product life cycle decisions
- A self-sufficient, organised approach, with the ability to lead without close supervision
