Your responsibilities will include:

  • Own the product vision and technology roadmap for your portfolio
  • Lead pricing strategy, KPI reporting, and contribution margin performance
  • Drive product launches from planning through to cross-organisational execution
  • Build competitive analysis, key messaging and market positioning
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing and Engineering to turn customer requirements into differentiated solutions
  • Represent the portfolio at industry events, conferences and trade shows

Your experience will include:

  • A proven background in connector or interconnect product management is a must, ideally within aerospace or defence
  • Strong technical grounding alongside genuine commercial and strategic thinking
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing and Operations
  • Confident, credible communication with clients and internal stakeholders alike
  • Comfort owning pricing, KPIs and product life cycle decisions
  • A self-sufficient, organised approach, with the ability to lead without close supervision
