As a Laminator, you will play a hands-on part in the production of high-quality composite components, with the consistency and security of a well-established local employer behind you.
As a Laminator, you will benefit from:

Your responsibilities will include:
- Laying up six layers of E-glass fibreglass webbing around pipes to specification
- Fitting heat shells and applying carbon fibre outer layers as part of the build process
- Preparing moulds, applying release agents, and ensuring surfaces are correctly prepped
- Carrying out inspection of finished laminates and flagging any defects
- Supporting the wider team to maintain a clean and organised workshop
Your experience will include:
- Proven hands-on experience in a GRP production environment - this is essential
- Familiarity with carbon fibre processes is desirable but not required
- Strong working knowledge of wet lay-up, infusion, or prepreg processes (one or more)
- A mature, measured approach to precision manufacturing work
- Confidence working independently to high quality standards
