As a HR Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Maintain accurate records within HR information and pay systems, producing clear reports and data analysis
- Provide first-line advice to managers and employees on people policies and procedures
- Support core people processes such as absence management and exit interviews
- Provide administrative support on projects, including scheduling, note taking and tracking actions
- Monitor shared inboxes, responding promptly or escalating queries as needed
- Complete ad-hoc administrative tasks, including raising purchase orders and preparing employee relations documentation
As a HR Advisor, your experience will include:
- A strong customer service approach with the ability to build positive working relationships
- Exceptional attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
- Proficient to advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication
- CIPD Level 3 preferred but not essential
