As a Health Safety & Environmental Lead, you will benefit from:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and maintain the site's health, safety and environmental management system
  • Ensure compliance with UK H&S and environmental legislation
  • Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses, implementing corrective actions
  • Deliver H&S inductions, toolbox talks and training programmes
  • Coordinate emergency preparedness, including fire safety and evacuation drills
  • Lead environmental and sustainability initiatives across the site

Your experience will include:

  • NEBOSH or IOSH General Certificate
  • Relevant experience in a H&S role within manufacturing
  • Strong working knowledge of UK H&S legislation and risk assessment methodologies
  • Experience investigating incidents and delivering H&S training
  • Working knowledge of ISO45001 and ISO14001
