A well-established company in New Milton is looking for a Personal Assistant who brings genuine structure, discretion and consistency to a busy Managing Director's world. This is a role built on trust, not chaos, where your organisation and attention to detail will be relied on daily.

As a Personal Assistant, you will benefit from:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing diary commitments and coordinating internal and external meetings
  • Arranging travel plans and logistics where required
  • Acting as first point of contact, screening, delegating and responding to enquiries on behalf of the Managing Director
  • Producing reports, minutes and presentations to a high standard
  • Coordinating accurate, timely management reporting and tracking actions through to completion
  • Supporting the Company’s administrative team alongside the PA to the Board, including process and procedure implementation

Your experience will include:

  • Previous experience working at PA level
  • Proven ability to prioritise and manage high volumes of workload efficiently
  • High degree of confidentiality, discretion and diplomacy
  • Resourcefulness in managing competing deadlines
