  • Laying up six layers of E-glass fibreglass webbing around pipes to specification
  • Fitting heat shells and applying carbon fibre outer layers as part of the build process
  • Preparing moulds, applying release agents, and ensuring surfaces are correctly prepped
  • Carrying out inspection of finished laminates and flagging any defects
  • Supporting the wider team to maintain a clean and organised workshop

As a Laminator, your experience will include:

  • Proven hands-on experience in a GRP production environment – this is essential
  • Familiarity with carbon fibre processes is desirable but not required
  • Strong working knowledge of wet lay-up, infusion, or prepreg processes (one or more)
  • A mature, measured approach to precision manufacturing work
  • Confidence working independently to high quality and production standards
