Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing the engineering design and manufacturing team
- Overseeing the design, build to print, and manufacture of transformers and components
- Ensuring compliance with AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality standards throughout the engineering process
- Managing obsolescence challenges and providing whole life support solutions for customers
- Liaising directly with customers on bespoke, application specific engineering requirements
Your experience will include:
- Proven experience managing an engineering team within a manufacturing environment
- Hands on experience working with transformers and components
- Familiarity with AS9100 or ISO 9001 quality management systems
- Experience in a precision or regulated manufacturing sector such as aerospace, defence, or medical
- Strong background in design to print and custom engineering solutions
