Responsibilities

• Handling customer enquiries via phone and face-to-face
• Processing savings and mortgage transactions
• Supporting online services and technical queries
• Escalating complaints and risks appropriately

Experience / Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and experience within a cusotmer focused environent
• Admin experience and strong PC skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Willingness to work towards Retail Banking Certificate or CeMAP
• Knowledge of Money Laundering and data protection (desirable)
