As a Customer Services Account Manager, you will benefit from:

Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, acting as their main point of contact
- Process enquiries, quotations and purchase orders through the company's ERP system
- Liaise with Field Sales, Engineering and Planning to keep customers informed on delivery schedules
- Act as an escalation point for the Customer Service team on disputes and complex requests
- Coordinate resolution of customer complaints and returns with relevant departments
- Support and occasionally deputise for the Customer Services Manager
Your experience will include:
- Previous B2B customer service experience, ideally within a manufacturing or electronics environment
- Confidence using ERP and/or CRM systems
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including advanced Excel
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and catalogues
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience would be an advantage
- Knowledge of ISO9001 or AS9100 standards is beneficial but not essential
