CNC Turner | Verwood, Dorset | Up to £23/hr + 33% shift allowance (night shift). Shift information

Day shift hours: Monday to Thursday 07:30-16:30; Friday 07:30-12:30. Night shift hours: Monday to Thursday 15:30-01:45. Shift allowance: +33%.

Responsibilities

  • Programming and editing NC programmes
  • Setting and running CNC turning centres
  • Producing parts to drawing specifications
  • Completing quality and OEE records
  • Preventing FOD contamination
  • Creating and updating setup sheets

Experience

  • Time-served apprenticeship
  • Minimum 5 years\’ aerospace experience
  • Proven ability to work unsupervised
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with FANUC and Mazak controls
  • Experience in a busy sub-contract machine shop
