Benefits
- Four-day working week, Monday to Thursday, 39 hours
- Optional overtime on Fridays from 6:30am to 12pm, paid at x1.5
- Core hours between 6am and 6pm, with a required start by 8am and finish from 4:30pm
- 195 hours annual leave plus Bank Holidays, equivalent to 25 days
- Christmas shutdown from 22nd December to New Year
- Additional shutdown in May, with holiday allocated for this period
- Company sick pay after one year of service, paid at four hours per day
- One structured pay review per year

Responsibilities
- Programming and running Aberlink CMMs, with significant CMM machine time
- Conducting first-off, in-process, and final inspections on CNC machined components
- Providing clear dimensional feedback to the CNC machining team
- Using a range of manual inspection tools to verify tight tolerances
- Completing accurate inspection reports and quality documentation
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CMM Programmer using Aberlink software
- Background in CNC machining or a precision engineering environment
- Confident use of manual inspection equipment including micrometers and verniers
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD
