As an Internal Sales Co-ordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing customer enquiries for spare parts, preparing and following up on quotes through to invoicing
  • Making proactive outbound calls to existing customers to drive quote conversion and identify upcoming requirements
  • Promoting relevant product upgrades and special offers to the existing customer base
  • Co-ordinating with the service team to ensure parts availability and managing supplier and delivery schedules
  • Overseeing warranty processes and producing weekly reports on enquiries, orders, and aftersales activity
  • Maintaining regular customer contact to support the continued success of the aftersales function

As an Internal Sales Co-ordinator, your experience will include:

  • Strong administrative skills, including confident use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems
  • Experience of proactive customer-facing calls, ideally with some exposure to working to targets
