Responsibilities

  • Cutting, bonding and shaping composite materials with precision
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and diagrams
  • Operating workshop machinery and hand tools safely and effectively
  • Working closely with colleagues to achieve production targets
  • Following established processes to ensure consistent high‑quality output

Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience working with wood or composites
  • Previous experience as a carpenter or bench joiner
  • The ability to understand technical drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • A methodical approach to producing high‑quality work
  • A willingness to work overtime when required
