Responsibilities
- Cutting, bonding and shaping composite materials with precision
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and diagrams
- Operating workshop machinery and hand tools safely and effectively
- Working closely with colleagues to achieve production targets
- Following established processes to ensure consistent high‑quality output
Experience and Qualifications
- Experience working with wood or composites
- Previous experience as a carpenter or bench joiner
- The ability to understand technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A methodical approach to producing high‑quality work
- A willingness to work overtime when required
