Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing purchase ledger invoices accurately and promptly
  • Managing supplier queries, remittances and maintaining supplier records
  • Posting supplier payments and setting up bank payments
  • Assisting with bank reconciliations and supplier statement reconciliations
  • Supporting the Finance team with audit deliverables and general administrative tasks

Your experience will include:

  • GCSEs including Maths and English (grade 5 or above, or equivalent)
  • Beginner‑level competence in Excel and MS Office, with the drive to develop further
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast‑paced environment
  • Self‑motivation, initiative and a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Confidence communicating with suppliers and internal colleagues
  • Ability to manage your workload effectively and meet deadlines
