As a Electrical Supervisor, you will take full responsibility for a busy electrical workshop, leading from the front and ensuring work is delivered accurately, efficiently and on schedule. This is a role for someone who enjoys structure, accountability and driving performance.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day‑to‑day running of the electrical workshop, leading by example
• Planning production activity in line with shipping schedules and tight deadlines
• Supervising, motivating and performance‑managing the electrical team
• Monitoring consumables, key components and labour requirements
• Ensuring all work meets quality, safety and compliance standards
• Reporting production risks and solutions to senior management

Experience

• Previous experience in a supervisory or senior role within an electrical or manufacturing environment
• The ability to read and interpret electrical schematic and wiring diagrams
• Background in control panel wiring or similar electrical assembly workStrong organisational skills with a focus on efficiency and output
• A practical, hands‑on approach with confident decision‑making ability
