Day 1: You join a finishing team that will show you the ropes, whether you're starting out or already skilled. - Spraying and finishing components to a consistently high standard
- Preparing surfaces correctly ahead of application
- Maintaining quality and finish standards throughout production
- Meeting production deadlines without compromising on quality
- Working alongside the finishing team and contributing to overall output
As a Sprayer, your experience will include:
- Experience in a spraying, finishing, or paint related environment (junior candidates welcome to apply)
- A methodical, detail focused approach to work
- Comfort working within health and safety requirements, including PPE compliance
- A willingness to learn and develop your spraying technique
