As a Production Supervisor, you will benefit from:
- Early finish on Fridays, working 6.30am to 3.30pm Monday to Thursday and 6.30am to 11.30am on Fridays
- Autonomy to manage your own recovery plans and resourcing decisions
- A visible role with direct influence over production performance

Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and delivering recovery plans to resolve late production issues
- Minimising the effect of overruns and downtime on the production line
- Overseeing the kitting of works orders
- Fully utilising production resources to hit output targets
- Supporting job scheduling to ensure on time delivery to customers
- Driving the reduction of shopfloor NCRs and supporting ECR/NCR closure
Your experience will include:
- A background in a manufacturing or production environment
- Experience supervising or coordinating a production team
- Familiarity with NCR and ECR processes
- Confidence using scheduling systems to manage workflow
- A track record of hitting quality and delivery targets
