As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a proactive and commercially aware Production Planner to take ownership of both short- and long-term planning.

As Production Planner, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing short-term and long-term production plans in line with sales forecasts and capacity
  • Maintaining and updating production schedules to minimise delays and ensure on-time delivery
  • Working closely with Sales, Purchasing and Operations teams to ensure accurate forecasting and planning
  • Hosting regular planning meetings and liaising with customer planners to maintain strong relationships
  • Supporting internal systems including planning tools and schedule maintenance
  • Monitoring factory capacity, shortages and performance KPIs

As Production Planner, your experience will include:

  • Proven experience in production planning, supply chain, or demand forecasting
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (experience with LV systems advantageous)
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • The ability to build strong relationships across teams and functions
  • Experience in food manufacturing (advantageous but not essential)
