Responsibilities:
- Operating press brakes, guillotines, and CNC machinery to produce metal trims and flashings to specification
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings to fulfil standard and bespoke customer orders
- Maintaining equipment and your working environment to a clean, safe, and organised standard
- Assisting with goods-in and stock allocation, including unloading delivery vehicles
- Supporting across all areas of the workshop as required, including powder coating and pre-treatment
Experience:
- A proven background in sheet metal fabrication, with hands-on experience of press brakes and guillotines
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately to technical drawings
- A solid understanding of Health and Safety in a workshop environment
- Good communication skills and a reliable, can-do approach
- Experience with CNC turret punch or fibre laser cutting machinery is desirable
- A forklift licence is advantageous but not essential
