Responsibilities:

  • Operating press brakes, guillotines, and CNC machinery to produce metal trims and flashings to specification
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings to fulfil standard and bespoke customer orders
  • Maintaining equipment and your working environment to a clean, safe, and organised standard
  • Assisting with goods-in and stock allocation, including unloading delivery vehicles
  • Supporting across all areas of the workshop as required, including powder coating and pre-treatment

Experience:

  • A proven background in sheet metal fabrication, with hands-on experience of press brakes and guillotines
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately to technical drawings
  • A solid understanding of Health and Safety in a workshop environment
  • Good communication skills and a reliable, can-do approach
  • Experience with CNC turret punch or fibre laser cutting machinery is desirable
  • A forklift licence is advantageous but not essential
