Responsibilities
- Coordinating reactive repairs and planned maintenance tasks efficiently
- Ensuring jobs are actioned within agreed timeframes, including engineer scheduling and supplier liaison
- Preparing and sending quotations with accurate labour and margin details
- Processing customer purchase orders in line with internal procedures
- Keeping customers updated with clear job statuses and weekly reports
