As a New Business Sales Executive, you'll take the lead in winning new industrial and OEM accounts for a growing engineering business that partners with leading global component manufacturers.

Using a mix of data-driven outreach, lead follow-up and relationship-based sales, you'll secure new orders across high-quality mechanical product lines, including bearings, springs and other precision-engineered parts. This is a hybrid role based in Poole with flexibility to work remotely and visit prospects as needed. You'll be part of a highly collaborative team, working closely with marketing, SDRs, and technical sales colleagues to support conversion.
