Salary: Up to £55,000 DOE - 6 month FTC

You will be the person who keeps a major transformation programme on track when everyone else is focused on their own piece of it. Every action, risk, and decision runs through you, and nothing slips through the cracks on your watch. This is a role where precision and structure genuinely matter, not just get appreciated.

As a Project Executive Assistant, you will benefit from:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain project plans, RAID logs, decision logs, and project documentation
  • Coordinate project meetings, workshops, and governance forums, including steering committees
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, minutes, and action trackers
  • Track actions, risks, and dependencies, chasing owners for updates against agreed deadlines
  • Produce regular status reports and support weekly and fortnightly Steerco packs

Your experience will include:

  • 3+ years in Project Administration, PMO, Executive Assistant, or Programme Support roles
  • Experience supporting business transformation or ERP implementation projects
  • Proven experience working with senior stakeholders and external partners
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint, plus experience with Microsoft Project
  • Experience within distribution, wholesale, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain businesses is desirable
