Responsibilities

• Performing detailed inspections using CMM and other metrology equipment
• Monitoring production quality and ensuring compliance with specifications
• Investigating and resolving quality issues promptly and effectively
• Collaborating with production teams to drive improvements
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting on quality performance

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a quality control role within manufacturing
• Strong CMM programming and operation skills
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and apply geometric tolerances
• IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and metrology software
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement

Benefits & Working Arrangements

• Night shift premium of 1.45
• Night shift hours: Mon-Weds (12 hours per shift), Thurs (6 hours) – total 42 hours per week (38 standard + 4 OT)
• Holiday allowance of 190 hours plus bank/public holidays
