Your responsibilities will include:
- Accurately estimating machining jobs including processes, timings, and subcontractor costing
- Preparing quotations and following through with supporting documentation
- Sourcing and procuring raw materials, tooling, and consumables
- Acting as a key contact for customer accounts, providing order updates and resolving queries
- Supporting the sales team with technical insights and quotation development
- Using Microsoft Office 365 for documentation, task tracking, and planning
Your experience will include:
- A background as a qualified CNC Engineer with strong technical knowledge
- Proven experience in job estimating, purchasing, or customer service within manufacturing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience in a subcontract machining environment (desirable)
