- Confidence using ERP and/or CRM systems
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including advanced Excel
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and catalogues
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience would be an advantage
- Knowledge of ISO9001 or AS9100 standards is beneficial but not essential
