Responsibilities
- Lead the Quality function for the site, aligning with business and organisational standards
- Provide strategic and operational leadership to Quality teams, including engineers, auditors and inspectors
- Act as primary point of contact for customers on quality matters, including escalations and corrective actions
- Establish and continuously improve the Quality Management System to ensure regulatory and customer compliance
- Lead internal, external and customer audits, ensuring effective preparation and closure of findings
- Drive structured problem-solving using root cause analysis to eliminate recurrence
Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field
- 10+ years' progressive experience in Quality roles within regulated manufacturing environments
- 5+ years' leadership experience managing Quality teams, including leading leaders
- Demonstrated experience leading and maintaining Quality Management Systems
- Proven experience leading internal, external and customer audits with corrective action plans
- Strong knowledge of quality methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why and CAPA
