Responsibilities

  • Programming, setting and operating CNC lathes to required tolerances
  • Editing Mazak and Fanuc programs as required
  • Completing first-off checks and inspecting your own work to specification
  • Working from detailed engineering drawings
  • Maintaining accuracy, consistency and efficiency throughout production

Experience / Qualifications

  • Programming, setting and operating CNC lathes
  • Exposure to Mazak or Fanuc turning controls (training available for the right candidate)
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • A methodical, detail-focused approach to machining
  • A positive attitude towards learning and continuous improvement
