Responsibilities
- Lead NPI programme delivery, ensuring contractual obligations are met
- Manage stakeholder relationships and act as escalation point for customers and OEMs

- Oversee risk management and mitigation across the NPI portfolio
Experience
- Proven programme management experience in complex, high‑value projects
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with P&L responsibility
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Degree in Engineering, Science, Business or related field
- Ideally, a formal PM qualification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner or AGILE Practitioner
