Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining KPI suites to measure functional process performance, utilising Power BI where required
  • Extracting, analysing and transforming complex data to assess supplier performance and delivery timelines through the order book process
  • Producing aggregated insight-led reporting for management and senior leadership review
  • Driving compliance for procurement data accuracy within the MRP system
  • Identifying and escalating supply chain delivery risks in collaboration with Procurement Project Specialists
  • Supporting functional projects focused on continuous improvement across the supply chain

Experience & Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in procurement/supply chain within a manufacturing environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI capability
  • Proven ability to manage and analyse complex datasets from multiple sources
  • Sound understanding of MRP/ERP systems and end-to-end supply chain planning
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills, both written and verbal
