As a Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in the stores and goods out department, working closely with production in a well-established warehouse. With a clear pathway for progression, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and grow into a stable role.
This is a permanent position with the opportunity to progress and grow within an established company. You’ll be responsible for providing essential support to the Warehouse department and ensuring smooth communication and operations between the warehouse and stores.

As Warehouse Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
- Supervise and support a small team of warehouse staff, delegating tasks based on priorities and skills.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
- Monitor employee performance, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols.
- Track stock levels, manage internal replenishment, and maintain data accuracy in systems.
- Regularly update databases and ensure smooth, efficient workflow throughout the shift.
As Warehouse Team Leader,you’ll have experience:
- Working in a warehouse and/or stores department
- Dealing with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills to liaise across departments
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to support staff where needed.
