Job Description:
We’re looking for a Trainee Machine Operator to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Poole. This is a fantastic opportunity to get into a skilled role with full training provided and a genuine route to a permanent job. A full UK driving licence is required due to location and shift times.
The Details:
Location: Poole (Must drive – no public transport available for shift times)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Temp to perm
Your Shift Pattern:
Thursday: 6:30pm – 10:30pm
(Friday–Sunday OFF!)
What You’ll Be Doing:
Operating and monitoring production machinery
Conducting product quality checks
Reporting and recording faults
Assisting with basic assembly tasks
Using hand and power tools
What You’ll Get:
4-day working week with every Friday off
Time-and-a-half overtime pay (x1.5)
Weekly guaranteed hours
Training provided – no prior experience needed
