Trainee Labourer | £25,400| Salisbury area

As a Labourer , you will play a key role in the manufacturing department , working with an established and successful company in the local area.

This is an entry-level position that offers training and support from experienced colleagues, and excellent development opportunities .

You’ll benefit from:

  • Guaranteed weekly pay, with a wage increase after 12 weeks
  • Monday to Thursday- 4 days per week (no weekend working!)
  • Overtime enhanced rates on Fridays & Saturdays

Hours : Monday – Thursday, 7:00am – 5.15pm

Responsibilities

As a Labourer , you’llbe responsible for:

  • Heavy lifting and manual handling of products
  • Working to product specifications such as size weight and quantity
  • Producingand distributing top quality products
  • Measuring, weighing and mixing components
  • Working alongside colleagues to achieve daily targets.

Background

As a Labourer, you’ll have:

  • Experience using hand and power tools
  • A proactive and hands-on approach to all tasks
  • The desire to produce only the best quality products
  • Preferred experience working within the manufacturing environment (not essential).
