A well-established manufacturing business based in Salisbury is seeking a Production Team Manager to lead one of its key production teams. This business is known for its commitment to quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement, and has a strong reputation within its specialist sector.

As Production Team Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day performance of your team, ensuring production goals are achieved in line with customer requirements.
