Are you eager to kickstart a career as a Trainee Production Operative or maybe you are a skilled Machine Operator or Warehouse Operative? We have exciting opportunities available for dedicated individuals to join our client team. Start right away after a successful interview! The pay rate increases with progression. Due to the company’s location, you’ll need to live locally or have your own transport!
As a Production Operative, your duties will involve:
- Operating automated machinery
- Loading and unloading the machine (can involve heavy lifting)
- Ensuring the machines are running smoothly
- Conducting basic inspection of finished products
- Assisting with any other duties as reasonably required
Regular Monday – Thursday hours (no weekend working).
As a Production Operative, you’ll have:
- A strong willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Experience in operating machinery or similar, ideal but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
