Responsibilities
- Managing customer returns and leading root cause investigations
- Completing 8D reports to resolve non-conformances
- Overseeing first article inspections
- Maintaining and supporting quality systems in line with AS9100 or ISO 9001
- Working closely with production and inspection teams to drive consistent standards
Qualifications / Experience
- Proven experience in a Quality Engineer role, not a trainee position
- Strong background in quality systems, customer returns, 8Ds, and first article inspection
- Experience within aerospace, automotive, or manufacturing sectors
- Familiarity with AS9100 or ISO 9001 standards is highly valued
