Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintain project plans, RAID logs, decision logs, and project documentation
- Coordinate project meetings, workshops, and governance forums, including steering committees
- Prepare agendas, presentations, minutes, and action trackers
- Track actions, risks, and dependencies, chasing owners for updates against agreed deadlines
- Produce regular status reports and support weekly and fortnightly Steerco packs
Your experience will include:
- 3+ years in Project Administration, PMO, Executive Assistant, or Programme Support roles
- Experience supporting business transformation or ERP implementation projects
- Proven experience working with senior stakeholders and external partners
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint, plus experience with Microsoft Project
- Experience within distribution, wholesale, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain businesses is desirable
