Are you an experienced CNC Turner ready to step into a leadership role? This is a permanent opportunity to lead a small, skilled team while staying hands-on with modern CNC machinery, with flexible shift patterns and a choice of four or five day working weeks.
As a CNC Team Leader, you will benefit from:

- Choice of day shift (8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8am to 12:30pm Friday) or night shift (4pm to 2am Monday to Thursday)

As a CNC Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and mentoring a small team of CNC Turners, allocating workloads to meet production targets
- Programming, setting, and operating CNC turning machines using Fanuc controls
- Producing precision components to tight tolerances
- Monitoring team output and quality, stepping in to resolve issues as they arise
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical plans
- Inspecting components using micrometres, verniers, and other precision measuring tools
As a CNC Team Leader, your experience will include:
- Proven experience as a CNC Turner, either as a Setter Operator or Programmer
- Previous experience leading, mentoring or supervising
